Everything covered
Most days — every turnover booked and running. Nothing for you to do.
Same employed team, same standard — either way it ends guest-ready. Switch whenever you like.
You choose when it’s ready.
When nobody’s checking in the same day, your turnover isn’t a race. We use that slack to run a smarter route — and take money off your price for it.
We plan the day, not just the clean.
Our own software maps every cleaner’s day on Google’s live routes, grouping your place with others close by. Less time between jobs, more time getting you guest-ready.
That efficiency is what pays for the flexible-slot discount — and it’s how we keep every host covered, with same-day turnovers always first in line.
The ones that can’t wait
A new guest arrives the same day, so it’s time-critical. It goes to the front of the route and it’s finished before check-in.
Same-day check-in. First on the route, done before they arrive.
Cheaper when there’s no rush
No same-day guest checking in? Give us the whole day and we’ll fit your reset into the route, finished by 7pm. In return you pay our lowest rate — around 10% less than a same-day turnover, every time.

Auto-book sorts it for you.
Switch on Auto-book and we read each booking straight from your calendar, then set every turnover to Ready by 3pm or Ready by 7pm for you — so you pay the lower price whenever the day allows. Want certainty instead? Choose Always ready by 3pm and we’ll treat every clean as time-critical, same-day guest or not.

You see exactly what we did.
A photo report lands after every clean — the whole place, before your guest arrives. Here’s what one looks like.

Every room, shot
Photographed and time-stamped, top to bottom.
Issues flagged
Damage or low stock, with the evidence attached.
Sent on finish
It lands the moment we’re done — so you know it’s ready.
What’s our secret?
No trick to it. We built the whole thing to work properly — and it shows up in every turnover.
Employed, and looked after
Our cleaners are on the payroll — real pay, holiday, and a pension once they qualify. Never gig work.
Kit built for the job
Professional, purpose-chosen equipment that makes each clean quicker — and, in places, better.
A hub close by
Local hubs keep a cleaner usually within 20 minutes of your place, not stuck across town.
Software that’s ours
Amazon-style planning and Google routing group nearby cleans, so the day goes on cleaning, not driving.
Questions hosts actually ask.
How much does a turnover cost?
You see the real price up front — no “request a quote” loop. Prices start at £59 for a studio and scale by bedrooms and bathrooms; pick yours in the price box above to see your exact turnover price. The flexible “by 7pm” slot is cheaper than a same-day “by 3pm” turnover.
Which areas do you cover?
Manchester city centre for now — M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and M15. When you book, we check your exact postcode against live coverage before you pay anything.
What’s the difference between the 3pm and 7pm price?
If a new guest checks in the same day, your turnover is time-critical and needs to be ready by 3pm. If no one’s arriving that day, we can fold it into our cleaners’ route and have it ready by 7pm — for a lower price. Auto-book sets this from your calendar, or you can choose to always be ready by 3pm.
How does calendar sync work?
Connect your booking calendar once — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or any iCal link. Every check-out becomes a clean automatically, so you’re not booking each one by hand. Prefer to stay hands-on? You can approve each clean first.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. Add all your properties to one account and manage their cleans, photo reports and booking calendars in one place. Each property stays clearly labelled, and you can connect multiple calendars to the same property if it is listed on more than one booking platform.
We also work with property managers and letting companies managing homes on behalf of owners.
Who actually cleans, and will it be the same person?
Our own employed, trained team — never a rotating cast of marketplace strangers. It won’t always be the same person: we plan each day’s cleans across the team by area and timing, so your turnover always gets covered even when someone’s off sick or away. Whoever’s on your route works to the same checklist, and every clean ends with a photo report.
Are you insured? What if something’s damaged or missed?
Yes — we carry public liability and breakages cover. If a cleaner spots damage, it’s photographed and flagged in your report. And if we get something wrong, tell us and we’ll put it right.
Do you handle linen and restocking?
We change the beds with the linen that’s already at the property — whether that’s your own par-stock or a set from a linen-hire service you use. We strip the used sheets, make the beds up fresh, and flag anything running low so you can restock. We don’t supply linen or restock packs ourselves; we work from what you keep on-site.
How long does a turnover take?
Roughly 90 minutes for a 1-bed and around two hours for a 2-bed with a linen change — longer for bigger places. Every clean ends with a photo report so you can see it’s done before your guest arrives.
