What does it cost?
You'll see the clean price before checkout. Add-ons are shown separately, so there's no 'request a quote' loop.
What areas do you cover?
Manchester city centre -- covering M1, M2, M3, M4 and Salford Quays. Enter the property postcode to check whether it's inside the current service area.
How fast can you turn a flat around?
A standard 1-bed: 90 minutes. A 2-bed with linen change: ~2.5 hours. Our default window runs 11am--4pm to slot between short-stay check-out and check-in.
What if something is missed?
Tell us quickly. If we've missed something material, we'll put it right where the rota allows.
How does iCal auto-book work?
Connect your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar once. Every check-out becomes a clean automatically -- no Sunday-morning chasing. Capacity-protected slots are held back from the public calendar so derby weekend, Parklife and Co-op Live nights don't lock you out.
Will I get the same cleaner?
Same cleaner where rota allows. If they're off, you'll get a backup briefed on your property.
What about insurance and breakages?
Mop Idol carries public liability and breakages cover. If something goes wrong on a clean, we handle it -- not a sub-contractor you'll never speak to again.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
For homeowners on weekly or fortnightly cleans. First clean full price; 5% off thereafter, with the rate snapshotted at signup. Pause for holidays, cancel any time -- no minimum term.
Do you handle linen and consumables?
Bring-your-own (we use what's on-site, log low stock) or Mop Idol linen (hotel-grade rentals delivered, used towels collected). Restock packs are an add-on.
